Knowledge Base Management

The Knowledge Base feature allows managers to create and manage information repositories, enhancing AI agent accuracy and relevance.

Creating a Knowledge Base

  1. Access https://perfect10.id/knowledge.
  2. Click Create Knowledge Base.
  3. Enter:
    • Knowledge Base Name: Descriptive topic name.
    • Description: Outline the purpose and content.
  4. Add sources:
    • Upload files (PDF, DOC, TXT; max 25MB per file, 20 files total).
    • Import from URLs for web-based content.
  5. Click Create to save.

Editing a Knowledge Base

  1. Open the Knowledge Base menu.
  2. Locate the target knowledge base and click Edit.
  3. Update details or sources.
  4. Click Update to save.

How to Edit a Knowledge Base

Deleting a Knowledge Base

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base.
  2. Click the Delete icon for the target knowledge base.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Note: Knowledge Bases can be linked to multiple agents, supporting scalable, multilingual content.

Tip: Maintain up-to-date, region-specific sources to enhance agent performance.
