Editing a Knowledge Base in Perfect10 Pro

This guide explains how to edit, delete, and download files already in the Knowledge Base.


Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to your Perfect10 Pro account.
  • You already have a Knowledge Base to edit.

    If you don’t have one yet, follow the Adding a Knowledge Base guide.

Steps to Edit a Knowledge Base

  1. Open the Knowledge Base Page

    • Use your browser and go to the link above.
  2. Select the Knowledge Base to Edit

    • Find it from the list of available knowledge bases.
  3. Click the Options Icon (Three Dots)

    • Located next to the knowledge base name (...).
  4. Select "Edit"

    • You will be taken to the knowledge base settings page.
  5. Make Changes

    • Edit the name or description of the knowledge base.
    • Add new sources via Upload Files or Import from URL.
    • Delete files that are no longer relevant.
    • Download uploaded files by clicking the Download button next to each file.
  6. Save Changes

    • Click the Save or Update button to apply the edits.

Management Tips

  • Remove outdated files to keep your knowledge base accurate.
  • Use clear file names to make searching easier.
  • Backup files before deleting them in case they are needed later.

Next Steps

After editing the knowledge base:

  • Ensure any AI Agents using it are updated if important changes were made.
  • Test the knowledge base in the Playground.
