Creating an AI Agent in Perfect10 Pro

This guide explains how to automatically create an AI Agent in Perfect10 Pro using the AI Creation feature.

Steps to Create an AI Agent​

  1. Open the Agents Page

    • Use your browser and visit the link above.
    • Make sure you are logged in.

  2. Click the "Create Agents" Button

    • Located at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select "AI Creation"

    • This option automatically creates an agent based on the prompt you provide.

  4. Write Your Prompt

    • Example: 
      create customer service for vegetable shop sales
    • AI will use this prompt to generate:
      • AI Agent Name
      • AI Agent Description
      • AI Model
      • AI Agent Persona

  5. Example Persona

    • Friendly, informative, patient, and proactive in assisting customers.
    • Uses polite and easy-to-understand language.
    • Focuses on providing solutions.
    • Well-versed in vegetable products, availability, pricing, and delivery processes.

  6. Enable Additional Tools

    • Knowledge Base → Pulls knowledge from the internal database.
    • Web Search → Finds additional information online.
    • URL Access → Reads content from specific URLs.
    • Relevance Check → Ensures the answer is relevant to the user's query.

  7. Save the Agent

    • Once settings are complete, click Save or Create.

Important Notes​

  • Use clear and specific prompts for best results.
  • You can edit the name, description, and settings after creation.
  • Enable only the necessary tools to maintain efficiency and security.

Next Steps​

Once your agent is created:

  • Test it on the Playground page to ensure it responds as expected.
  • Connect the agent to communication channels such as web chat, WhatsApp, or social media.
