Forgot Password in Perfect10 Pro

This guide helps you reset your password if you have forgotten your Perfect10 Pro account credentials.

Steps to Reset Your Password​

  1. Open the Forgot Password Page

    • Use your browser to access the link above.

  2. Enter Your Email Address

  3. Click the "Send Reset Link" Button

    • The system will send a password reset link to your email.

  4. Check Your Email

    • Open your email inbox.
    • Look for an email with the subject "Password Reset Link" from Perfect10 Pro.

  5. Click the Password Reset Link

    • You will be redirected to a page to create a new password.

  6. Create a New Password

    • Enter a new password that meets the security requirements.
    • Confirm your new password and save.

Important Notes​

  • If the email does not appear:
    • Check your spam/junk folder.
    • Make sure the email address entered is correct.
    • Try resending the reset request.
  • The new password will be active immediately after being saved.
  • Store your password in a safe place.
