Assigning an AI Agent to Staff in Perfect10 Pro

This guide explains how an admin can assign an existing AI Agent to one or more staff members so they can interact with it in real-time.


Prerequisites

Before assigning an AI Agent:

  • You are logged in to your Perfect10 Pro account as an Admin.
  • You already have at least one AI Agent created.

    If you don’t have an agent yet, follow the Create AI Agent guide.

Steps to Assign an AI Agent

  1. Open the Agents Page

    • Go to the Agents Page.
    • Ensure you are logged in as an admin.
  2. Select the AI Agent

    • Find the agent you want to assign to staff from the list.
  3. Click the Options Button (Three Dots)

    • Located next to the AI Agent’s name.
    • Click the ... icon to open the options menu.
  4. Choose "Assign"

    • Click Assign from the dropdown menu.
  5. Select Staff

    • In the assignment window, choose one or more staff members from the list.
    • Click on their names to add them.
  6. Save Assignment

    • Click Save or Assign to confirm.
    • The selected staff will now see and interact with this AI Agent in their chat interface.

Tips

  • Assign agents only to staff who need them to prevent confusion.
  • You can reassign or unassign agents at any time using the same steps.
  • Keep a record of which staff are linked to which agents for easier management.
