The Organization page in Perfect10 Pro - Enterprise Platform provides a visual representation of the relationship between AI Agents and their associated Knowledge Bases.
This hierarchical view helps administrators understand how information sources are connected across divisions and agents within the system.


Structure View

The organization view is presented as a tree diagram, illustrating:

  • Root Node (Company or Division) – Represents the top-level entity of the organization.
  • Agents – Individual chatbot or AI agents operating under specific divisions.
  • Knowledge Bases (KBs) – Linked data sources or repositories that provide contextual information for each agent.

Each agent node connects directly to one or more knowledge bases, showing which datasets or content sources support its responses.
